Cloud API and WhatsApp Infrastructure

WhatsApp messaging data shared through the Software resides on Meta Cloud API infrastructure. Data previously stored on WhatsApp infrastructure may be migrated to Meta data centers located in North America and the European Union. Data localization is not provided for WhatsApp messaging services.

Location Services

The Software may collect location data using technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to improve service performance. Location data is collected anonymously unless personal identification is required for specific services.

The Software uses cookies to enhance user experience. Information collected through cookies is treated as non personal information unless linked with personal identifiers.
